Users remain responsible for reviewing all generated content before publication.

GrowthOS does not guarantee factual accuracy or legal compliance of AI-generated material.

5. Connected Platforms

GrowthOS integrates with third-party services including Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, WhatsApp and others.

Users must comply with the policies of each connected platform.

GrowthOS is not responsible for actions taken by third-party platforms.

6. Acceptable Use

Users agree not to:

• Violate applicable laws
• Infringe intellectual property rights
• Upload malicious software
• Abuse AI services
• Attempt unauthorised access
• Disrupt GrowthOS operations

7. Intellectual Property

GrowthOS software, branding, interface, designs and proprietary technology remain the property of Purple Apex Media Group.

Users retain ownership of content they create and upload, subject to any rights necessary for GrowthOS to provide its services.

8. Payments

Some GrowthOS features may require paid subscriptions or usage credits.

Applicable pricing will be displayed before purchase.

9. Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Maintenance, upgrades and unforeseen outages may occur.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GrowthOS and Purple Apex Media Group shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

Continued use of GrowthOS constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which Purple Apex Media Group operates, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
